I called Joes because the place I had paid to come to me to replace my windshield (windshields to go USA) not only rescheduled my Saturday appt but then the installer had the nerve to call me at noon today which actually was the only call today I received and persisted on telling me he had called me several times this morning and told me that I had missed my 8 to 12 window appointment and I explain to him no my appointment was 1 to 5 and that I have an email proving it and a text and this is the second time he has rescheduled he said well I don’t have to do your windshield your attitude is terrible I called his boss and canceled my windshield repair called Joes and Joes got me in right away a little more expensive but the overall experience in customer service was amazing thank you Joes you turned my not so great day into a better day I will definitely use you again and refer you to friends and family

Got a great price for my windshield replacement, and was scheduled much faster than any other place I called. Service was excellent. They got my vehicle in at my appointment time, and the work was completed quicker than I thought. I will be back in the future when I need auto glass service.

Appointment at the big chain was weeks out. Saw the sign from the value village parking lot went to the website left my contact info. Got a call next morning same price as the big guys but could do it that day. Was done quickly maybe 1hour the big guys said it would take 3.

Joe's was prompt and very helpful in getting my windshield replaced even though my insurance company was having problems getting my claim through. They quoted me an hour to get the work done but it only took 35 minutes. In and out quickly and I had a brand new windshield.
