My appointment went as planned, I got individual attention and was not rushed at all.
Dr. Hall and his team were really well prepared to quickly and professionally diagnose my ankle condition and provide transparency into multiple treatment options. There were transparent with healing times, potential costs and ability to connect with my insurance provider. I elected a surgical procedure and despite some nerves leading into it, Dr. Hall's bedside manner put me at ease and before you know, I was back home on the couch recovering. Since then, my ankle healed well and through Physical Therapy I have been able to notice marked improvement and recently began running again. I have been through 5 different surgical procedures in my life and the team at Mill Creek Foot and Ankle was the best experience I've had. Thank you all for everything.

The office was clean and sanitary and the staff was friendly. Though I had to wait a bit past my appointment time, it wasn't unreasonable. Dr. Hansen was very nice and professional, and gave my feet all the time they needed, even at the end of a long day. Very satisfied with my first visit here. Would expect to go back next time I have foot or ankle problems.
