Dr. Hall is the only podiatrist who's ever been able to help me. I have seen at least 7 now. He knows his stuff and takes time to explain what is happening. The office staff has always been pleasant and easy to deal with as well. I have been a patient of Dr. Hall's, off and on, for over 10 years.

The staff was nice and the Dr answered all of my questions. The only thing I would say is I was the first apt of the day and the only client there and took time off work to be there. My husband as well so he could be home with the kids (I work remote from home) and I was kept waiting in the front lobby for 15 minutes into my apt because the Dr wasn't there yet with his staff. As I was sitting there waiting he walked in the front lobby. I wasn't acknowledged for my wait either which would have been appropriate to do so. Would have given a 5 star otherwise. Other than that initial service was great and the staff was very nice.
