Had my first visit for a broken toe this week. The office is beautiful and clean and the staff was great. My exam with x-rays took about 45 minutes which was fantastic. My only recommendation for the practice is to get an electronic health record that connects to a local HIE or Health Information Exchange. I had x-rays done at Everett Clinic and most practices connect to their local HIE which allows them to view patient records free of charge. This would have been handy as the Doctor could have seen my injury and been up to speed before I arrived. It would have also prevented the need for the additional expense of another x-ray. Other than that, great visit.

Great experience. Knowledgeable, competent and timely. The only complaint I could think of is that nothing says they're in the Mill Creek Commons building, rather than just giving the address.
