Podiatrists are specialists who diagnose and treat problems in the feet and ankles. They are able to treat sprains, fractures, and any other foot or ankle condition either invasively or non-invasively.
Great office atmosphere. Very nice and friendly staff Dr. Joe was great.

Really appreciate my visits here. At a higher level, being Boeing, I'd strongly encourage effort be put into becoming Preferred Provider again. This status was lost in 2018, and now results in monthly premium payments. If those payments increase in 2019 I will unfortunately have to move providers - which I strongly do not desire to do so. I enjoy your business and would like to continue to have you as providers for long-haul, however your corporate policy in 2018 resulted in losing Preferred Provider status under Boeing' policies. I'm sure Boeing provides a wealth of customers, so please encourage your corporation to work on obtaining that status back in 2019. UW Health System won that debate with Boeing. Hate UW Health
Dr. Hansen (Hanson?) was incredibly knowledgeable and wanted to assist with my issue in a multitude of ways. He gave me options, rather than directives, and was very easy to deal with - even going so far as to do the x-rays needed himself.
Office location is convenient. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The doctor listened well, was patient and kind. Will definitely return for follow-up care.
Dr. Hansen was thorough and took time to explain eveyrthing.
Overall, I am very happy with Mill Creek Foot & Ankle, Dr. Hall & the staff. All are very pleasant yet professional; I've been especially impressed with them during recent visits & phone conversations. Not that the office was ever bad, but I believe they have worked hard to keep improving their service & the 'patient experience' in recent years. As for Dr. Hall, he has always been personable & professional, plus direct (in a good way) when needed- and with a fine sense of humor. He has a good understanding of, & empathy for, us "weekend warrior' athletes. Only one nit: I believe a quick fit-check of new Orthotics should be included in the purchase/exam price, rather than be charged as a separate appointment.
