Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had with any contractor. From the time I met our estimator Scott right on through to the end of the project it was an awesome experience. Scott was prompt, practical, a good communicator and very professional. Then the crew showed up. I felt like I had a bunch of friends working on the house and I was in total awe regarding how fantastic it turned out. Everyone was very respectful of our property and kept it spotless. Then I met Ed, who came out and personally took an interest in our project and helped to make some decisions when they uncovered more than what I'd hoped that they'd find. Meeting each of them just kept making it better and better. Originally I was worried about buying this house due to my belief that EFIS wasn't the best exterior solution for the Pacific Northwest. Having a resource to call upon like J. J. Jefferson totally alleviated my concerns for the future. I've never spent money that I felt so good about. That's just how good they were to us. While I don't wish for any more problems I would be most happy to see all of them again and hanging around. I specifically joined Facebook just because I felt a need to share our experience.
