From the initial call to Superior, they were very professional and explained the process for the service in detail. They were forthcoming with pricing and billing. They were prompt with scheduling and Kale was onsite as expected and did a thorough job. The diagnosis came right after the visit - in writing, it was clear, again thorough , and no fear mongering. No exaggeration and they were fair and direct on the status of our septic tank and even our drain field. It was actually my (the wife’s) decision to get Superior’s second opinion after an unprofessional experience with another company that made me feel uneasy with unprofessionalism, fast talk, and padded charges with no paperwork, just a receipt of what they charged on my card, until my husband made the follow up calls. We had to pay again for the inspection but i did not want to work with the other company who made me feel I was being taken advantage of. Superior saved the day. We highly recommend this company!!!
