Joe's Glass was friendly and professional. They were able to get me in next day for rear windshield replacement, and my car was done in under 90 minutes. They had a small issue when removing the interior lining from around the window and a plastic shell piece broke, but they offered to find and replace the part for me, which I thought was fair and responsible of them. They even patched the plastic piece back together so it doesn't look terrible while I wait for the part. Of the 3 places I called, their quote was the most reasonable. Bonus points for very sweet and enormous shop dog, Izzy, who came and sat on my feet while I waited :)
