I needed both my rear windows in my Mercedes S500 repaired. One was broken out and the other was not going down. Scheduling the appointment with Joe's Glass was simple. They showed up on time with the correct glass and fixed my windows at my businiess' parking lot while i worked. It was rainy and cold, but it did not seem to bother them. They completed the work promptly with no hassles. What i was quoted on the phone was exactly what i paid with no bait and switch.
