BE FORWARNED!! DONT LET THE POSITIVE RATINGS FOOL YOU. Do business with Joe at your own risk. Joe's shop not only improperly installed my windshield but they damaged my vehicle in the process. Joe was hostile and argumentative on the phone and does not offer quality customer service as a shop owner should. I had to go elsewhere to get the windshield reinstalled properly and was thankful that this other shop treated me right and fixed the problem. Come to find out the vehicle was never primed before install which could have lead to rust and there was a 4" gap of missing polyurethane around the windshield.

They were fast and the price was better than others. Although they left the black glue all over the interior of my Ford, on the rear view mirror. Anywhere you could think to touch in the vehicle there is black stuff, my steering wheel, my door handle. I don't know how to get it off.... ---It was under my fiance's name, of course it wouldn't be under my name. Someone could have been having a bad day, I would be happy to leave a better review if you would offer a solution to getting the black stuff off?

Joe's Glass made my windshield replacement pretty much worry free. They worked with my insurance company, USAA, to take care of the billing aspect and the tech came right out to my house to do the work. It was a pretty seamless and pleasant experience!
