When I found Joe's Glass Co. I was grateful due to the poor experience I had just received From Smart Glass based out of Seattle they just showed up at my house and then proceeded to destroy the front of my truck with glass every where in the cab of my truck and they didn't even finish the job stating" they needed anther installer to come out to help with the install of my rear window. Needless to say when the installer left my home and truck the way they did; I canceled their return and called Joe's Glass Co. they had my window in shop and I was only there for 45 minutes at the most. Best customer service I have had the personal experience since I personally have been in the costumer service industry for over 28 yrs now..:)

There was a problem with our 09 econoline front windshield seemed to not been installed properly by previously by anothe company, which was we notice was flapping on Highway which I TOOK VERY SERIOUS. Called Joe's imidiatly they inspected it and gave me a quote before reinstalling . Mike and joe were very proffessional and took care of the problem. They have a lifetime warranty on their installs which give me peace of mind i was pleased with the service and they now have our company's business!! Thank you guys Robert
