Had a very good experience with this place. Sam was very nice and efficient in getting my claim started. Just by listening to and watching him, he is very customer focused employee! I had to have my windshield replaced and they were able to get me the very next day. The work was done at the estimated time. I’m very happy with the work. The only slight negative was that my passenger seat was a bit dirty from the installation, I had to wipe it down.

Somebody smashed my car window from a highway overpass coming back home from work, and I sent out a bunch of emails asking for quote. Sam from Joe's Glass called me at 9:01 AM the next day, and gave me an appointment for 11AM. I was out the door with my windshield fixed in about an hour. They also vacuumed the glass shards from the interior of my car. Great service! I hope I never have to repeat, but if I ever need to, I will.

UPDATE: Got a new windshield (Jeep, common thing) went through my insurance and thankfully they work with progressive and the whole claim process took 15 minutes. Honestly there is a reason this place is in business, they make your windshield replacement process as hassle free as possible. Third time using this company and there is a reason for it. This company is professional, fast and definitely beats any local prices. Saved me over $150 and got the same windshield, I don't understand the negative reviews and I would ignore them because the quality and workmanship is great!
